About

Jade Munsey

Hi there! I’m a mother of 3 energetic boys, one of whom is on the spectrum. My personal journey has inspired my work in the Autism community. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on applied behavioral analysis, and I’ve spent years supporting families, adults, and educators across Arizona. I’ve lead support groups, provide trainings, and work closely with parents and professionals to help everyone better understand and embrace neurodiversity. I’m deeply passionate about making the world a more inclusive and supportive place, one person and one family at a timeI am also a dedicated Spelling to Communicate (S2C) practitioner-in-training.

This year I received a scholarship from Tucson Spellers to pursue a certification in S2C and am on track to graduate at the end of the year. This training allows me to bring even more specialized support to nonspeaking and minimally speaking individuals as well as evaluate and train other communication and regulation partners. I’m deeply passionate about making the world a more inclusive and supportive place, one person at a time.
